Project: Granting wishes – Making the wishes of children suffering from life-threatening illnesses come true. Turning a wish into reality empowers a child to fight back, giving the child hope and strength in times of great stress and hardship. Any child between 3 and 18 years of age with a critical illness, residing or being treated in Lebanon, is eligible for a wish. Today, Tamanna covers all regions across the country. Wishes are served without regard to nationality, race, religion, political or socio-economic background. The wishes of over 1,750 children from Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, the UAE etc. have been granted since its inception in 2005.
